Are my deposits FDIC insured? ▾
Yes. NexusBank is a member of the FDIC. Your checking and savings deposits are insured up to $250,000 per depositor, per account category. Cryptocurrency holdings are not FDIC insured.
How long do wire transfers take? ▾
Domestic wire transfers submitted before 2:00 PM EST on business days are typically completed the same day. International wires generally take 2–5 business days depending on the destination country and receiving bank.
What cryptocurrencies does NexusBank support? ▾
We currently support Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Ripple (XRP), Cardano (ADA), Solana (SOL), and 15 additional cryptocurrencies. We regularly review and add new assets based on regulatory guidance and customer demand.
How do I report a lost or stolen debit card? ▾
You can immediately freeze your card through the NexusBank mobile app or online banking portal. To report it stolen and request a replacement, call our 24/7 support line at 1-800-NEXUS-BANK. A replacement card will arrive within 5–7 business days, or 2 days with expedited shipping.
